Pretty effin' disgusting how Dingy H. can just break of a hundred million of the public's money to essentially buy her vote to move debate forward. And if an ABC blog isn't providing cover for such shennanigans, it kind of makes you wonder if that little gem of knowledge mighn't percolate up into the zeitgeist. The way I look at it, if the Rethugs! can keep the debate going into next year, then many of the Senate Democrats from red-states and their House counterparts won't have the tomach to surrender their political careers out of fealty to Obama and his agenda. And there are definitely groups which are threatening to hold them accountable for their votes, on this as well as the spendulus, any form of cap-n-trade, and especially illegal immigration; a bill which "Big Sis" Napolitano has promised will be acted on next year... That last one really gets me though. Here the Democrats believe they're being all chess-master cagey by bringing up an amnesty bill during an election year; a concept the public is overwhelmingly against and for which they will surely make them eat their words!
