I’m Ba-ack!

Thanks to Rocketman Bob for all the hard work and great posting during my hiatus.

I now have home internet service, so your regularly scheduled postings from me will resume---not that you've missed me all that much.

Two sick kids at home now, so I'll be around, but thanks again for your patience.

This place is warm and well lit, and I've gotten rid of stuff, mostly mine. A couple of days ago, I took six boxes of books to the local library (open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday), but it's so tiny that when I showed up to use the wifi, they informed me that they weren't able to accept the books. So, I had to take them to Charlotte.

A near thing. I've got $22 in my account till the 15th, but we have food and heat and coffee, so I'm not complaining.

Can't miss a day, it seems, without falling way behind on news, but what Bob's written here is a good start. Dahlhalla tweeted me to say that her post this week was going to be a bit late, so I think you'll see that maybe on Sunday.
