More “Change” I can believe in.

That bastion of wingnuttia, CNN, released the results of their most recent polling lately, and the White House is not going to like the results.  It seems that 54% of those polles disapprove of Obama's handling of the economy.  Perhaps worse, 57% disapprove of his handling of the health care issue; a result that mightn't bode well for the coming Obamacare legislative showdown on the Hill.  A closer look shows him losing ground on just about every subject covered, save for medicare, where it stayed unchanged.

This comes on the same day that Rasmussen released results showing that voters blame Obama vitually as much as Bush for the current state of the economy, down sharply from recent polls.  Todays Presidential tracking poll has the President at a 46% overall approval, with a -13 on the Rasmussen approval index.

Not good Mr. President, next stop is Booooooosh!ville.  Especially if the momentum changes in the wake of today's elections.

      But Bush did have the highest approval rating ever recorded, for reals and all by himself.

          You said ” had the lowest approval ratings of any President they’ve ever polled” – the charts (if you look in detail, you’ll find they have one for each President’s term in office) show that Bush II finished in the high 20s – his lowest point, and that is above both Truman’s and Nixon’s final rating, which are in the low 20s.

          Please give my regards to my mom – I haven’t seen her in ages – since Mother’s Day (I’m not the best of sons in that regard). Glad to hear she is getting some – she’s been lonely since my stepfather passed away those 4 years ago.

          Bet she doesn’t do that “Dirty Snachez” trick your mom says she taught you…..

          And if my Mom lost 100 lbs, she’d still be 100 lbs overweight. I guess you like them more than chubby.

      We can assume his philosophical texts were a little too intellectually rich for your approved reading list.

      Levi-Strauss wasn’t political, that I know of anyway, ya rightwing dope. His books and studies were simply interesting and some of his work had to do with semiotics.

      Levi-Strauss had a good head.
