At this point, even this level of political chicanery doesn’t surprise me. After all, Obama’s promises always come with expiration dates…
Obama and Holder don’t give a tinkers damn about “justice” or seeing KSM convicted for his crimes. This show trial is all about putting America and the CIA on trial; so that they can have a years long spotlight to wring their hands over “torture” and mea-culpa on a large scale…
This is more about throwing the nutroots a bone, since he’s going to make them swallow hard when he renegs on some of his promises to ferom the campaign…
They’re going to make sure, one way or another, that the US get’s the comeuppance they’ve felt it due, in the most public and humiliating fashion. And don’t be surprised at any other circus antics, like ACLU lawyers getting subpeonas for clandestine intelligence sources, iuting agents, and the very real possibility of terror attacks in NY city, and aimed at the judge and jury.
This is a whole new chapter in American politics that is unprecedented; using the courts to go after your predecessors and political opponents. And it’s all payback stemming from Democrat frustration over the double whammy of the Clinton/Lewinski debacle and Gore losing the election that they felt they were “entitled” to…
I hope that the public is outraged over this as they shoudl be…

Wow, what a bunch of incomprehensible gibberish. I’m thinking that he’s for military tribunals and against civilian trials, but I could be wrong.
