A day after claiming the system succeeded like clockwork, Napolitano concedes that it failed miserably, but feels her comments were taken out of context. There's still no walkback on the claim that the Nigerian terrorist was part of any wider scheme, despite his own claims that there are more attempts against the US coming, and the claims of British authorities echoing his statements.

Nope, Napolitano's not worried about it, because, see, they inherited this system. They're effing trapped in a world that they never made. And they're pondering deeply whether color-coded terror threat level warnings are the best kind.

In case you thought the real outrage was in attempting to blow up an entire airliner full of complete strangers . . .

When will the Obamites admit that terrorist activity has increased alarmingly since his Cairo speach “healed” us and cemented an entire new image for our nation around the world…

I mean, who can argue with the results? The way he deftly secured the olympics for Chicago, and cemented the deal on global warming by simply the power of his presence and persona.

Oh, and the debunking of the AGW connivance using the immutability of the second law of thermodynamics is priceless, especially to an engineering type like myself. I am ashamed that I didn’t think of it myself.

But I’m man enough to admit that I never spent much time scrutinizing the papers written on this junk science; I found the rpemises so risible that I didn’t waste brain time on it, save for some of the mathematical modeling.

But, you know, the science is settled!1!!1!eleventy, so the second law of thermodynamics must be wrong!

Sadi Carnot could not be reached for comment…
