I think the first thing to do is to clog the system up with lots of paperwork. Grind it to a halt by doing our best to be paid in cash and to make cash transactions, sparing others from having to declare a sale has occurred. Availing ourselves of the gravy train - even if we don't need it. To the extent that we can, we need to use the very System against itself. That said, you are correct in your assessment. That these alleged leaders would presume to go against the wishes of a clear majority of the citizens shows an out-of-control arrogance that exceeds anything I’ve ever seen in my life.
