Obama v Underdog
One of the things that I haven't bothered to blog about is the kerfuffle over this photoshop of Obama shining Palin's shoes.

Much has been said on the subject. Is it racist? Not unless it's not sexist.
What I'd like to say is, Underdog doesn't feel that shining shoes is beneath him.
Also, his bitch is way more attractive.

Another Black Conservative has his own perspective on this, but he's a conservative, so I'm not sure he's authorized to speak to the issue of whether or not the fact that the shoe shiner in the original image was white makes this more or less racisty. I say, leave it to the experts, like Charles.

Sweet Polly Purebred is a dream, and much prettier.
I don’t know if this photoshop is racist or sexist. I’ve never had a shoe shine, didn’t know they were still done, and didn’t even know that women got them. So I’m clueless about the context of the original photo. As for the photo shop – I don’t think President Obama is worthy to shine Sarah Palin’s shoes. She’s worked hard for her living/life, and Barack Obama has not. So I guess I consider the photoshop to be a joke.

Most of the shoe shine boys I ever saw were white, so there’s that…
I’d be more worried about O! trying for the up-skirt shot on Palin anyway…
