“The TEA Parties are anti-government”…

This is a favorite tactic of Leftists toward libertarians (which I feel is the dominant characteristic of the TEA Party crowd): We object to government doing things that are not its proper province, and want it to stick to those few things it’s supposed to do. Because government does so many things it should not, they paint us as opposing government altogether.

“You want it to be legal to put poison in baby food!”
