Waxmandersloot Arrested in Chile

In a related story, van der Sloot faces an arrest warrant for extortion and wire fraud. Earlier in May, he extorted $15,000 dollars from Natalee Holloway’s mother for information on how her daughter died and where her remains were. He asked for $250,000 total.

Commentary: What a piece of shit. How does someone like this afford his rock n roll lifestyle?

It would be amusing if he had not killed Natalee, but was found guilty of all these crimes because he was sick enough to try to sell info he didn’t have to her grieving mother.

Of course, reality is a lot simpler. He’s a psycho killer who had a politically connected daddy. Everyone who let his investigation languish in order to preserve the Aruban tourist industry or even serve some favor to Psycho’s father have blood on their hands.

I wonder if the Holloway family was happy just to get some kind of confirmation. Hard to see any bright side for them. Beautiful daughter they lost.

I’m thinkin’ there are drugs involved somewhere along the line.

This vile, deranged, POS deserves a lifetime appointment turning big rocks into little ones; and I ain’t talkin’ about crack rocks here either-but about the crossbar hotel…

And, as much as I enjoyed the Aruban scenery, people, and way of life in the past, I think that for proncipled reasons I’d encourage all to boycott it.

Leave it to the Europeans.

I have a feeling Peruvian prisons are not what you would call “easy time,” especially for some spoiled Dutch kid who killed a Peruvian girl.

Just enough money, preying on the fringes of resorts, using charm (few look charming in chains, though), getting into the pockets and wallets of the dumb and gullible.

Shoot – I once met a US Postal Inspector (USCG reservist) who had the most difficult time trying to convince people that no, that Nigerian’s money isn’t going to go into your account, and yes, you have been defrauded.

The last time I saw her interviewed she talked about how she’d accepted that she’d never really know what happened and that he’s living in his own personal hell.

Closure is a myth, but that he was able to extort a nickel from her still shows how important knowing the truth and getting the body back, regardless of its condition, is still so crucial. Hopefully there’s something on that computer that will give Holloway some answers.
