I've always thought she was the best TV mom ever. The H2 has her very memorable jive appearance on Airplane. Florence Henderson was just plain weird, going on TV shows decades after The Brady Bunch to talk about how groundbreaking it was that she was filmed in bed with her fictional husband. Then there's her affair with "Greg Brady." Shirley Jones' mascara swerved so far into Liza Minnelli in Cabaret territory that her eyes verged on Sixties op-art bathtub grip flowers.

Nope. Give me Mrs. Cleaver and her collared dresses and pearls. She would have been at the Tea Party, trying to get Eddie Haskell thrown out of the Senate.
