   I’m having a hard time seeing what all the fuss is about.

   Why is it that when a Liberal wants to support a gangbanger’s right to be a gangbanger because it’s his “Culture”, we’re supposed to applaud? Immediately after that, if a Conservative points out that there are some slight issues with the gangbanger’s being himself, the Conservative is a raaaaacist?

   I’m confused. How can the same ebonics fluent gangbanger be totally acceptable as a stereotype for one group and totally unacceptable for use by another group?

   Were I a liberal, my head would probably explode because of the vast dichotomies revealed by all that, but they are totally immune to both irony and satire, so I’m not hopeful that a vast wave of shattered cranial vaults is approaching.

   OTOH, if the Republicans can nominate Sarah Palin, the explosions may happen. Wow. We could have a leftist Rapture here, except the bodies would still be there with the clothing.

   (Note that I’m not holding out for that one. I’d be expected to help bury them, and I’d be offended at having to be a pallbearer for most of them.)
