POWIP Piece of Work In Progress – Former Abode of Dan Collins

11Jun/1111

Remember When Obama Insulted the Supremes During the State of the Union?

Or when he invited Paul Ryan to sit in the front row, so he could get a good look at Thug Boy lying about his budget plan?

Shortly after the photo-op meeting and “working lunch” with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the one that saw President Obama openly chastised by the Prime Minister for Obama’s earlier public comments regarding wanting to see Israel return to its 1967 borders, the president verbally “went off” on Richard Daley in the private study area that adjoins the Oval Office. President Obama’s verbal attack was clearly heard by numerous staff up and down the West Wing hallways.

The essence of the president’s rage and embarrassment can best be summed up with him yelling out very loudly, “What the f-ck was that!?” That phrase was apparently repeated a number of times in the span of about five minutes, a time period in which Obama’s voice became “louder and louder” and culminating in Obama exclaiming, “Never again! Do you understand me? Never again!” Any response by Bill Daley back to the president, if given, was not overheard.

Punks really hate it when they get punked, don't they? Is it already a Downfall parody?

Correction: As Andy points out in comments, it's Bill Daley, not Richard. Ulsterman gets it right elsewhere in the piece.

  1. OT, but I am guessing Obama’s version of the term “never again” is different than Netanyahu’s understanding of the term “never again.”

  3. Collinsworth;

    It only girds my respect for Obama when he reacts like a benefactor who has been disrespected by the donee. Biting the hand that feeds Israel 3 Billion a year when they should be autonomous, is not wise politics. We don’t have any spare change to be giving the homeless money for booze. They should have strings attached to their aid just like everyone else. No discrimination, no favoritism.

    • What strings? Just surrendering to Iran? Sure would make things easier and faster, eh?

    • It is not like the Israelis can really give up security to make Da One happy. That is not a reasonable request by Obama. And Obama is not having a sissy fit over the United States’ position (which of course would be forgivable) but over his own vanity.

    • So your parents clothed, fed, and housed you, but you never, ever, ever said or did anything against their wishes, right?

      Wish Netanyahu could run for president here. I’d vote for him.

  4. Ya have to marvel at that odd choice of phrasing by Obama: “Never again! Do you understand me? Never again!” Netanyahu would use ‘never again’ in reference to the murder of six million Jews whereas Obama would use it in reference to personal embarrassment!

  5. Bill Daley is not Richard Daley. Please let us know which one received the Presidential hissy fit.

  6. I’m still of the opinion that somewhere in the next year or less we’re going to get an absolute spittle-flecked tantrum fit like that in public and on camera.

    Our guy Barry is going to have had a bad day, and someone from the media is going to ask just the wrong question, in just the correct tone of voice, and away we will go. I’d give two weeks pay to have it start off with “Do you know who I am…..”

    The MSM, will of course attempt to suppress the video, but will not succeed.
